Each vertical has its very own
unique descriptive language.
Impress a vertical by knowing
their unique industry problems.
No1. Sell
to verticals.
Know the name and number of
all prospects in a vertical market.

Some do's.
Embrace for continued success.

Be inspired to do more.
Be inspired to wrrite.
Be inspired to design.
Build on fundamentals.
Build on high quality.

And don'ts.
Ignore at your corporate peril.

Copy our page text.
Steal our image style.
Steal our word style.
Duplicate our page style.

Home.

It is our hope that you will take something
away with you after you have read some of our
thoughts digitally jotted down here.
Perhaps some inspiration on how better
to market your products, or services.
Perhaps some enthusiasm to pare your
marketing messages and images back to their
fundamentals.
Perhaps even a red cheeked blush of
adrenaline to realign your product range with
a more easily understood solution set listing.
If you take away from these pages just
a little more insight to the dark arts of design,
writing, and marketing then we are pleased we
have not wasted your time.
However, that is all you can take with you
when you leave.
All web sites should have a terms of use,
so here is ours.
The design of the pages of this web site
cannot be copied in any format, for any use.
The Java script that changes our home
page graphic each day cannot be copied.
The text on any of the pages here, or on
any of the pages from the ads or other samples
you may download cannot be copied.
The images on any of the pages here or on
any of the pages from the ads or other samples
you may have downloaded cannot be copied.
Are these blatant warnings really all that
damn necessary?
They should not be but already in the last
six years of having a web presence we have had
one web site design copied, and the images from a
downloaded ebrochure turn up on the pages of a
web site.
The last incident was not theft by a small firm
but a company that was eventually sold to Telstra.
           Lovely.
Anger only eats you away, so on with the
legal speak.
All images and text are copyright, our logo is
also protected and has full rights under each of the
laws relating to trademarks, and service marks.
The downloadable samples of work from
our clients should not be used in your own internal
presentations as we only have permission to use
as samples here.

They would be none too keen if their material
started turning up in odd places without approval

  Writing and designing should be
done to a profile, not a fashion.
No new design software can
either write or design for you.
No2. Ads
and print.
The need for print ads has not
faded but the role has changed.
Good design sells as long as it
fits right in and does not shout.
No3. Logo
and image.
Profile intended visitors seeking
appeal, information, even both.

No4. Web
site builds.
